We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry or quote request
• Send you a demo or proposal related to your project
• Follow up with you about your project if you have not responded

How we store your information

Enquiry details submitted through our contact form are delivered to our business email via Resend, a transactional email service. We do not store your information in a database. Your details exist only in our email inbox and are handled with care. We retain enquiry emails for up to 12 months and then delete them unless an active project relationship exists.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to the processing of your information
